Description
The kernels of nuts from shrubs or small hazel trees (Corylus avellana). The whole, shelled kernels are sorted by size and blanched by removing the skin from the kernels. Calibre 9–11 mm.
Typical blanched hazelnut taste, free from foreign odours. GMO free.
