Description

Sultanas are pure, naturally dried, high-quality seedless grapes of the Vitis Vinifera L. variety, properly steamed, capstemmed, washed, sized, mechanically cleaned, laser scanned, metal detected and X-rayed under high standards of hygiene and manufacturing practice. Berries are coated with vegetable oil to avoid agglomeration.

RTU Extra #9, Medium (280–380 berries/100 g). Double Oven Treatment. Low Mould <500 CFU/g. Moisture max. 16%. GMO free.
