Tahitian Vanilla

Description

The fruit of the Tahitian vanilla plant (Vanilla tahitensis) — pods ranging in colour from brown to dark brown — is sun-dried and fermented in pinewood crates, giving it an exceptionally rich aroma of cherry, prune or liquorice.

Origin: Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas, Ecuador. GMO free.
