What is the minimum order quantity?

– MOQ for cocoa beans 5kg per variety.
– MOQ for cocoa products & ingredients 1 kg of one variety (vanilla 1 pod)

How to place an order?

You can place your order directly on our website or send it by email to tsg@comagro.ee If you need advice, please call +372 5886 0577 and one of our customer service representatives will take your order.

How to get an invoice for payment?

– Place your order, specifying the types of cocoa and the quantity in kg or packaging units (bags/boxes).

– Provide the buyer’s name and registered address

– Provide your VAT number (if applicable)

– Provide the exact delivery address for your order.

– Provide the contact person and telephone number at the delivery location.

Please note that cocoa beans are classified as phytosanitary goods. If phytosanitary or other quarantine certificates are required, please inform us in advance when placing your order.

How will my order be delivered?

Online Webshop Orders (Up to 20 kg): Orders placed and paid for directly on our website are processed immediately. Deliveries within Estonia are sent via Smartpost parcel lockers. For international deliveries, you can choose between a convenient parcel locker or door-to-door courier service.

Wholesale & Commercial Orders (Over 20 kg): Large commercial shipments, cocoa beans, and 25 kg factory bags are shipped on pallets via a transport company directly to your address. Your order will be formed and prepared for shipment within one working day from the date funds are received in our account.

For all orders: As soon as the parcel with your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

How are the products packaged?

To ensure the highest quality during transit, we use standard industrial and specific packaging based on client’s order size:

Cocoa beans – standard jute bag 50/60 kg. For orders of less than 50/60 kg, cocoa beans are packed in vacuum-sealed plastic packaging. Pack sizes available: 5, 10, 20 kg.
Chocolate masses, cocoa mass, and cocoa butter – standard box – 20/25 kg. For orders of less than 20/25 kg, cocoa products are packed in vacuum-sealed plastic packaging. Pack sizes available: 1, 5, 10 kg.
Cocoa powder – standard multi-layer kraft paper bag – 25 kg. For orders of less than 25 kg, cocoa powder is packed in vacuum-sealed plastic packaging. Pack sizes available: 1, 5, 10, < 19 kg.

At the customer’s request, large orders are shipped on pallets.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Raw cocoa beans and standard 25 kg factory kraft paper bags cannot be shipped via parcel lockers. Kraft paper bags do not ensure the safety of the product during multi-transport and transshipment. These items are always processed as commercial deliveries and shipped safely on a pallet via a transport company.

Storage recommendations:

Short-term storage (up to 1 month): store at a temperature of 18–20°C with a relative humidity of 50–60%. in a dry, dark place, away from strong odours.
Long-term storage: the use-by date and specific storage conditions are indicated on the label of the original packaging.

Which products can I buy online?

Our online shop is exclusively for purchasing Chocolate Masses and Cocoa Products (Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, and Cocoa Powder) in quantities up to 20 kg.

Raw Cocoa Beans are strictly sold wholesale and offline. To purchase cocoa beans, please contact us directly at tsg@comagro.ee to arrange a commercial shipment.
