This bland of several subspecies of Ancient Antique Criollo is unique. The beans of this microlot are on average twice the size of other subspecies of Criollo. The lot includes Porcelana Verde and Porcelana Roja, making it a rare and unique example of noble varieties of the highest quality. All raw cocoa beans, without exception, are white in cross-section.
