What is the minimum quantity for an origin trial?
The starting quantity is 1 kg per origin. That lets you compare selected cocoa masses without beginning with a large production order. It is a starting pack size, not a requirement to choose a fixed number of origins. Select the candidates that make sense for the recipe you are developing.
Remember that this is unsweetened cocoa mass. If your finished product needs sugar or other ingredients, evaluate the complete formulation. A successful trial should answer whether that cocoa works in the product you plan to make, not simply whether you enjoy tasting it on its own.
What information is needed for a production order?

Order preparation starts after payment. Shipments leave from Tallinn, with parcel or pallet delivery depending on the order. Confirm the arrangements for your quantity and destination before planning around an expected arrival. The starting pack size does not establish a delivery time.
How should shelf life inform the quantity you buy?
The established shelf life for TERT KAKAO cocoa mass is 12 months from manufacture under the stated storage conditions. It is not 12 months from the day you place an order. Check the production date and current label instructions, and plan the quantity around your expected use and suitable storage space.
